• We use the OpenAI ChatGPT API to generate feedback for journal entries.
• The OpenAI ChatGPT API is also used when creating reports from past entries.
• Information entered in the app is transmitted to OpenAI for this purpose.

2. Use of Firebase

• We use Firebase for usage analysis and service optimization.
• Traffic data is transmitted to Google but is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.
• Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Article 5. Prohibited Actions

Users must not engage in the following actions when using this App:

1. Actions that violate laws and regulations
2. Actions that violate public order and morals
3. Actions that interfere with the operation of this App

Article 6. Service Suspension

1. The operator may temporarily or permanently suspend service provision without prior notice in the following cases:
   • When system maintenance or inspection is necessary
   • When service provision becomes difficult due to natural disasters or other force majeure
   • When service provision is prohibited by laws or administrative guidance
2. The operator is not responsible for any damages arising from service suspension.

Article 7. Limitation of Liability

1. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App, except where liability is based on applicable laws.
2. The operator is not responsible for damages due to data loss, unauthorized access by third parties, or system failures associated with using this App.

Article 8. Subscription and Billing

1. This App provides subscription services for premium features.
2. Subscription fees and cancellation procedures follow the conditions displayed within the App.
3. Refunds after purchase are not available except where required by law.

Article 9. Terms Changes and Notification

1. These Terms may be revised as necessary.
2. Revisions will be notified within the App or on the website.
3. Continued use of the App after revisions constitutes agreement to the changed Terms.

Article 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

2. The appropriate courts in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance for any disputes related to this App.
